Team Cymru Pure Signal Orbit’s integration with ServiceNow allows security and IT teams to streamline risk management and vulnerability mitigation. Using Team Cymru’s Orbit as the front line of asset discovery and risk scoring. Once a vulnerability has been discovered, an event driven trigger creates a ticket into ServiceNow SecOps module of the vulnerability it has just detected.

On ServiceNow

Create user Orbit

Create a user for Orbit with necessary permissions and roles.

Raise Ticket

Ensure the user has sufficient privileges to raise a ticket.

In Orbit

Navigate to Settings -> Integrations

Locate the ServiceNow SecOps integration card.

Connect

Click “Connect” under the ServiceNow SecOps integration card.

Enter Credentials

Input the username, password, and URL, then click connect.

Verify Connection

Successful connection is indicated by the status turning to “active”.
